"Horrible company"
I don't even know where to start...absolutely the worst experience I've ever had ordering reptiles online. They shipped my animal's in the wrong packaging and have since ignored me leaving me to foot a 600 dollar thermal box for the reptiles safe delivery. Absolutely the worst!

"Sent me a sick red eyed tree frog and no compensation beyond partial store credit. Horrible CS"
I was shipped an adult red-eye tree frog from underground reptiles. After moving him into my 36 gallon enclosure with my two healthy green tree frogs, the frog was dead on the floor within 48 hours. When contacting them about it, they say they guarantee "live arrival and visibly healthy" but say they have no responsibility for "how the frog is cared after arrival". You can't tell if a frog is actually sickly or just adjusting to the new setting until at least a few days of having them. I explain my part to their support and instead of working things out with me, they ignore my emails until I take the "store credit" and shut up. If you're gonna buy online, go to Backwater...Underground is cheaper for a reason.

"Amazing customer service and care for their animals"
I recently purchased a giant day gecko from them he came perfectly packaged no Injuries except for a little bit of stuck shed on his belly that I was able to remove by giving him a quick soak they called me about a hour later after he arrived to make sure that he arrived safely I had no issues at all and my gecko is perfectly happy he arrived with great coloration and a healthy appetite.

Don't forget to include the hidden vet bills during purchase cause that's where you'll be headed to right after delivery. (Spent nearly 2k with these people. They list these animals as "captive bred" but it's pretty obvious they aren't) Down below I will show some examples of some animals that I've had to deal with.

The parcel service who has many dedicated people i know unfortunately failed to deliver the package on time and really just dropped the box w this order resulting in failure. Ug reptiles, quickly stepped up, sincerely apologized and refunded the entire order including the cost of shipping. To me, this indicates
Good character and commitment to do the right thing. Even when taking a loss. I would definitely do business with ug reptiles in future.

"No Guarantee Aline Arrival Trick"
My turtle arrived dead today. I placed the order on December 21. I called and told them my turtle arrived dead, they told me I should've planned better. They shipped with NO GUARANTEE of LIVE ARRIVAL! I'm furious because I paid $45 for shipping alone! They were very nonchalant telling me to pay another $45 for shipping and they'll give me the turtle free….At this point I don't know if the turtle was alive or dead when they shipped it. So devastated because this was my son's Christmas gift…. If they believe the animal will arrive dead, they shouldn't ship it! That's how they got me with the fine print, I thought all animals should arrive with a guarantee alive arrival or replace the item; I paid $45 for shill to get a dead turtle and a "you can pay another $45", please do better
