"Clear Info Made the Choice Easier"
I really appreciated that they clearly label which snakes are captive bred and which are wild caught. It made the whole process a lot simpler because I could make a practical choice based on what I was comfortable with and know exactly what I was bringing home.

"Arrived okay, but communication could’ve been better"
My order ended up getting delayed because of the weather or temperatures, which I totally get, I guess that stuff can be tricky with live animals. The animal did arrive okay in the end, so I’m relieved about that. I just wasn’t always sure what was going on because the updates felt a little slow, and I wish they had explained the timing better. Overall, not a bad experience, but not exactly perfect either.

I haven’t actually ordered from Underground Reptiles yet, so I can’t speak from personal buying experience, but from what I’ve seen, they seem legit. I’ve come across their name a lot in reptile groups and discussions, and plenty of people seem to know them. The website also looks professional enough, so I feel like it’s reasonable to trust them based on that. I’m still doing my homework before buying, but they’re definitely on my list.

"A little disappointed, but the reptile arrived healthy"
I ordered a sexed reptile, but unfortunately it turned out to be the wrong sex. The animal arrived healthy and in good shape, so I can't say it was a total bad experience, but it was frustrating and kind of took the excitement down a notch

"Arrived Fine, Just Took a Bit Longer Than I Thought"
My order did show up safely, so no complaints there. I just got a little confused about the timing because I thought it was supposed to arrive earlier, or maybe I misread the estimate. Either way, it felt like it took longer than expected. Not a huge deal, just kind of slow.

The animal arrived healthy and seemed to be in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much. It was just a bit smaller than what was listed, which was a little disappointing since I was going by the description when I ordered. That said, it wasn’t a huge deal and everything else was fine, so I’m still okay with the purchase overall

"Arrived dead and support was a hassle"
Mine showed up completely dead, which is definitely not okay. I tried contacting customer service, but I kept getting transferred around instead of actually getting help. Frustrating experience overall.

I had a quick question about my order, so I sent them a message and wasn’t expecting a fast reply. They got back to me sooner than I thought and explained everything clearly. It wasn’t anything over the top, but it was really nice not having to follow up multiple times. The customer service felt friendly and genuinely helpful, which I appreciated

"Took a while, but he made it"
It took longer than I expected for him to get through acclimation, but thankfully he survived and seems to be doing okay now. I do wish the policies were a little more straightforward, though, because it feels like there are some loopholes where things can go wrong during that adjustment period and you’re kind of left hoping it works out.

"Exactly What I Ordered"
I ordered a few reptile supplies for my little setup at home, and everything in the box was exactly what I picked out. Nothing was missing or swapped for something else, which I really appreciated because I’ve had that happen with pet supplies before. Shipping wasn’t super fast, but it was reasonable. Overall, I’m giving 4 stars because the order was accurate and pretty much met my expectations.

"Good experience and helpful staff"
I had a good experience with Underground Reptiles. I had a few questions before placing my order and, uh, the staff actually seemed to know what they were talking about instead of just giving me canned answers. They were professional, quick to respond, and made everything easy to understand. I probably asked too many questions, but they never made me feel dumb for asking. I’d definitely use them again.

Overall, I felt the pricing was reasonable compared to most of the other places I looked at. My reptile arrived healthy and in good condition, which was the most important part for me. Shipping was a bit pricey, not gonna lie, but considering everything, I still think it was worth it.

"Shipping was fine, but the health issue wasn’t okay"
My reptile showed up on time and the packaging was decent, so I’ll give credit for that. But a few days later I started noticing what looked like mites or some kind of parasite issue, and it also wasn’t eating like it should. I ended up taking it to the vet and keeping it separated from my other animals just to be safe. Maybe I just got unlucky, but whoever runs this needs to do a better job checking the animals before they go out. Giving 3 stars because the shipping part was smooth, but the health concerns were definitely real...
